Emergency Service Early in the Morning

Its 5:30 am in the morning and I am woken up abruptly by my wife, She says, We have water everywhere down stairs. I wake up to assess this issue. I come to see we have water covering 80% of our main living area. Our 2 year old hot water tank is faulty. We have beautiful wood floors with very large area rugs all covered in water. I called Jeff at 5:40 in the am and his wife Annette answered the phone, I did say 5:40 am. Jeff came on the phone and said I’ll be there in 20 min. Coffee in hand Jeff was at our house in 20 min. Within no time all the water was removed about 120 gallons. Jeff left 2 large industrial fans to help dry our floors and help save the wood. Jeff worked directly with our insurance adjuster and referred a new flooring company for a new install. Jeff is extremely professional and honest, we will refer Jeff to our friends and family.
